We wish our forums to be friendly and supportive - a place where our
users can share their experiences, thoughts, ideas and tips, and also
to seek help with their problems and answers to their questions. We
have, therefore, a few rules you need to be aware of:
Using our forums will be taken as an acceptance of the following
rules:
 |
Commercial
messages and messages from businesses or organisations are not
permitted. Businesses and organisations interested in advertising
on our website should visit our advertiser
enquiry page. Messages containing references or links to
competitor websites will be removed |
 |
Be
tolerant, understanding and respectful of other people's point
of view. If you strongly disagree or are upset over somebody's
posting, simply respond by stating your point of view. Do
not criticise, censure or ridicule others for their beliefs,
opinions or views. Please also take into account the difficulty
many people have in expressing their precise feelings and emotions
in a written message. |
 |
Messages
that contain any malicious or potentially defamatory information
or comments about any individual, company or organisation are
not permitted and will be removed if posted. This is
because we are legally liable under UK libel laws for any loss
suffered by the subject of such messages. If you wish to obtain
information about other people's experiences with any particular
company or organisation, by all means post a message requesting
information - but you must request that people with adverse
comments respond directly to you and NOT via the forum. |
 |
Please
use your real e-mail address as you will be sent an e-mail advising
you if somebody posts a response to your message. Anonymous
postings will be removed unless there appears to be a genuine
reason for you remaining anonymous. |
 |
We
reserve the right to remove any message we deem inappropriate,
offensive, or in breach of the forum's rules. |
