Expert, Emma Catto
The stretching and relaxation yoga offers is a great way to maintain
fitness during pregnancy. Yoga can help to relieve pregnancy-related
conditions and learning relaxation skills is good for both Mum and
baby.
Emma has been practising yoga for 12 years and is an antenatal and
postnatal yoga specialist. She and her partner Robin are the proud
parents of 7 month old Max.

Nutrition
Expert, Gail Goldberg
Gail has been a Senior Nutrition Scientist at the British Nutrition
Foundation since 1999. Before this Gail was at the Dunn Nutrition
Unit in Cambridge for over 16 years where she was involved in a lot
of research into pregnancy and breast feeding women in the UK and
overseas. She has a particular interest in the nutritional aspects
of pregnancy and lactation because of its public health, clinical
and scientific importance.
